Automated Telegram Ingestion Agent
Creates and configures a Telegram agent that can read messages from the chosen high-trust news channel, extracting the message text and basic metadata.
Explore how Ciphernutz built a Multi Channel Alert Automation architecture that automates Arabic-to-English alerts from Telegram to Whatsapp.

Client Overview
The Problem
The client needed a streamlined way to process critical security updates from foreign-language sources and distribute them to multiple subscriber lists.
Alerts originated as Arabic news on Telegram and required translation into English before distribution.
The client required a way to optionally add a short manual note to each alert before it was sent to subscribers.
The final alerts needed to be broadcast seamlessly to both a list of WhatsApp subscribers and a list of SMS subscribers.
The client needed a system that did not require them to manage their own servers or infrastructure.
The Solution
Ciphernutz implemented a multi-channel content distribution system using n8n Cloud as the automation platform, integrated with Telegram, Twilio, and a translation service.
We built an automated flow that handles the entire alert journey: from Arabic news on Telegram to a one-way broadcast to subscribers via WhatsApp and SMS.

Deliverables
Creates and configures a Telegram agent that can read messages from the chosen high-trust news channel, extracting the message text and basic metadata.
Translates the Arabic text to English using a translation API and stores the original and translated content in a central log.
Provides a simple approval method using a dedicated Admin Telegram bot, allowing the user to review a prepared alert and add a short comment before sending.
Uses a single Twilio virtual number that supports WhatsApp, SMS, and Zello to send the approved alert to all active subscribers via the Twilio APIs.
Uses batching in n8n Cloud to respect Twilio rate limits and avoid throttling during broadcasts.
Stores each alert with timestamps and delivery statuses in a log view (Google Sheets or a lightweight database) and periodically checks for alerts stuck in error status.
Results
The News Automation project delivered a system that runs completely on n8n Cloud, meaning the client does not need to manage servers or infrastructure. 2 Weeks - Estimated duration until go-live. 1 - Single Twilio virtual number used that supports both WhatsApp and SMS
