We implemented an end-to-end VAPI Voice AI Lead Qualification system orchestrated via n8n. This workflow completely replaces manual discovery calls by integrating conversational voice AI with the client’s backend CRM and payment systems. The AI agent conducts natural, human-like outbound calls, qualifies the prospect based on real-time dialogue, and instantly triggers automated next steps without a single manual touchpoint. Plus, the next steps are inclusive of closing the loop with a payment link.

Automatically fetches contextual lead data before the call to personalize the AI's script, and updates the CRM with call notes, outcomes, and transaction data immediately after.
4. Conditional SMS Payment Dispatch
If the AI successfully qualifies the lead during the call, the system instantly generates and sends a secure payment link via SMS while the prospect's intent is highest.
5. Full Execution Tracking
Every step of the funnel is tracked and logged in the backend, ensuring complete visibility over the AI’s performance.
